Organization for Promotion of International Cooperation
Organizational restructuring was undertaken at Doshisha University on April 1, 2008, and the Organization for Promotion of International Cooperation was established. This new organization retains both the International Center and the Center for Japanese Language and Culture, and aims at further promoting international and academic exchanges as well as facilitating educational programs and activities. The International Center addresses various international issues and agendas in education, research and other forms of academic cooperation. The Center for Japanese Language and Culture combines the facilities of the administrative and educational institutions. Each center’s duties are as below:
