"International Cooking Class -Chinese Chimaki-("(SIED)

In Greater China, June 18th is a national holiday called “Tango-setsu”, which is as important as the New Year’s Day. On that day, people wish for healthy year with some unique ways, putting good smelling bun in front of their house or eating Chimaki (Chinese steamed rice wrapped in bamboo leaves). In this event, we will learn about “Tango-setsu” and try to cook Chimaki with a Taiwanese students!
