2022 Fall Semester Commencement / Ceremony for Bestowing Degrees
Please note that the details of the ceremony may be changed separately. Details will be given soon after being established, so be sure to check detailed information related to yourself.
In order to ensure the safety and security of the graduating students and their families and to prevent the spread of the infection, the ceremony will be attended only by the graduating students and their families. For those who are unable to attend, there will be a live-stream of the ceremony at the university’s website.
The graduating students and their families are able to attend the ceremony.
For those who wish to attend the ceremony:
In order to ensure the safety and security of the graduating students and their families and to prevent the spread of the infection, the ceremony will be attended only by the graduating students and their families. For those who are unable to attend, there will be a live-stream of the ceremony at the university’s website.

For those who wish to attend the ceremony:
- Please take your temperature at home on the day and refrain from coming to the university if you are not feeling well.
- Please refrain from coming to the university if you are required to stay at home and are suspeded from attending school the self-quarantine period instructed by a medical institution. ("Flowchart of whether or not you are allowed to come to the campus")
- Please note that only graduating students may attend the ceremony to be held on 20th(Mon) and 21st(Tue) from the venue (Eiko-kan). Family members are welcome to join the ceremony from viewing rooms on campus (Meitokukan Room21 and Meitokukan Room1), where the ceremony will be streamed live.
- To prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus Infection, please follow cough etiquette, wash your hands frequently, and wear a mask. Disinfectants will be available at various locations on campus.
