In light of the spread of infection with the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), the Japanese government has declared a state of emergency, and the Kyoto Prefectural Government has requested its citizens to refrain from going outdoors for non-essential purposes and from traveling to the seven prefectures under the state of emergency.
