SIED from the Office of International Students collaborates with Doshisha CO-OP to reproduce local dishes' ideas from international students!
SIED from the Office of International Students has collaborated with CO-OP to have international students introduce their home country's cuisine. In the spring semester, we recruited ideas for the menus from international students, and based on the results, we discussed with CO-OP over and over again. In consequence, one type each of Korean, Chinese, and Mongolian local dishes have been chosen from a large number of applications and reproduced. They are available from Monday, November 1st at four locations of CO-OP cafeterias on both campuses: Imadegawa and Kyotanabe. The menus are available for a limited-time only, so don't miss it!
Chinese Lu Rou Fan ¥495円
Mongolian Niiserel salad ¥88円
*Please note: We have prepared these meals based on the students' recipes, which may be different from the standard recipes for these dishes.
