President's Daily Report
Attended the 20th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony marking the founding of the Faculty of Culture and Information Science.
On October 12th, I attended the 20th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony for the Establishment of the Faculty of Culture and Information Science at Hotel Granvia Kyoto.
At the ceremony, as President, I delivered a congratulatory speech for the 20th anniversary and shared my hopes for the future.
Following this, keynote speeches were delivered by Professor Emeritus Tetsuya Taguchi of Doshisha University, who served as the third Dean of the Faculty, and by the current Dean, Professor Mamiko Sakata. A roundtable discussion with alumni was also held, allowing us to hear about the aspirations during the Faculty's founding and the experiences of those who were students at the time.
I sincerely hope that the Faculty of Culture and Information Science will continue to produce many graduates who will succeed and make a positive impact in society.
