President's Daily Report

On November 4th, I traveled to Taiwan and visited the Doshisha University Taiwan Office. I had the opportunity to hear from Ms. Gao Ruilian, director of the Taiwan Office, about various topics, including Doshisha University's recognition in Taiwan and the situation regarding students aspiring to study in Japan. I also met Ms. Midori Usuki, who studied at the Graduate School of Theology at Doshisha University, and learned about the local church community. This business trip will keep me in Taiwan until November 6. We plan to use this opportunity to consider Doshisha University's future potential in Asia.
