Attending the American Football Club’s Annual Match
On April 26, I attended the annual match between Doshisha University and Rikkyo University, held at MK Taxi Field Expo in Suita City. This year marked the 80th anniversary of the event, and I had the honor of leading the pre-game prayer and delivering remarks during the coin toss ceremony. Many members and staff from Rikkyo University were also in attendance, providing a wonderful opportunity for exchange.
While Doshisha University and Rikkyo University signed a mutual cooperation and collaboration agreement in May 2024, our athletic clubs and cultural organizations have maintained a long-standing relationship dating back well before that.
I hope that both universities will continue to foster a positive relationship and grow together in the future.
