President's Daily Report

On August 2, the Doshisha Alumni Association Nara Branch held its general meeting at Hotel Nikko Nara, and I attended as a guest.

After the meeting, I delivered a lecture titled “Doshisha University’s Path Beyond Its 150th Anniversary: A New Vision and the Mid-Term Plan 2030.”

More than 160 people attended, including alumni from the Nara Branch and executive officers from neighboring branches. I spoke with many of them after the lecture.

I will continue working in collaboration with the Alumni Association to strengthen the university’s foundation.
