Certificate Application for Students

Currently, the Certificate Issuing Machines are available as usual.

＜Certificates via Online Application System＞
In principle, current students should issue certificates from the Certificate Issuing Machine on campus.

  • * Current students can only apply for Certificates of Enrollment, Transcripts, and Certificates of Expected Graduation/Completion via the Online Application System.
  • * If you apply online, please note that shipping fee will be charged and will take a few days to arrive. There will be a system usage fee in addition to the issuing fee.
  • * Please note that it may take a few days to be issued during Golden Week, summer vacation, and year-end and New Year's vacations. Please apply well in advance.

＜Bills and Coins Not Accepted by the Certificate Issuing Machines
The following bills and coins cannot be used in the Certificate Issuing Machines on campus.

■New banknotes (1,000 yen, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen bills) issued from July 3rd, 2024
■New 500 yen coins issued from November 1st, 2021

  • Note: The Certificate Issuing Machines are scheduled to be replaced in the latter half of AY2025.
