Applications for the School Fees

Applications for the School Fees by current students have been processed online.
An ID and password issued by the university are required for the procedure.
If you are a graduate, please contact the Department of Cashier.
You can access the application form by clicking the menu you want to apply for, so please check the explanation at the beginning before applying.
If you are unsure which application to make, please contact the Department of Cashier.

Application for Issuance of School Fees Payment Certificate

Please apply if you need a certificate of the amount paid or billed for the School Fees.
The certification is limited to years prior to the current fiscal year.
It will be issued approximately 5 business days after application, so please apply well in advance.

Application for changing of destination of bank transfer request form for the School Fees

The address to which the school fees bank transfer request form should be sent is preset as follows.
Please apply if you wish to change the delivery address settings.

【Undergraduate】Parents, etc., Guarantor
【Undergraduate international students, Graduate students】Student

Application example 1 (Undergraduate)
I would like the bank transfer request form to be sent to my father, not to my mother, who is the guarantor
→Change from "Parents, etc., Guarantor" to "Other(その他)"
Application example 2 (Graduate students)
I would like the bank transfer request form to be sent to my grandfather, not to me.
→Change from "Student" to "Other(その他)"

If you change the address for all your mailings due to a move or if there is a change in your guarantor, you must notify the office of the faculty / graduate school you belong to. (For more details, please click here.)

If you wish to reissue the bank transfer request form, please call the School Fees Management Center. (075-606-5157)

Application for changing the payment method for the School Fees

Please pay the School Fees (1) by credit card or Pay-easy (online banking) or (2) over the counter at a financial institution.
Due to the transition of the novel coronavirus infection to a Category 5 infectious disease in 2023, from the academic year 2024, overseas remittance can only be used if international students have returned to their home countries due to a leave of absence and there are unavoidable circumstances.
If you would like to use overseas remittance, please contact the office of the faculty / graduate school you belong to.
