School Fees Payment Site

■Points to Note
- For payment by credit card or Pay-easy (online banking), a System Usage Fee is required in addition to the school fees. System Usage Fees (tax included) varies for each payment method (credit-card payment: varies depending on payment amount; Pay-easy (online banking) payment: 940 yen). System Usage Fee cannot be refunded after the payment procedure is completed.

- To use the School Fees Payment Site, you need a school fees bank transfer request form sent by mail from the University’s School Fees Management Center. Please log in to the School Fees Payment Site using your Student ID and Authentication number written on the bank transfer request form.
If you have received multiple school fees bank transfer request forms, please prepare the latest one. (The Authentication number may have changed.)

- The timing for sending the school fees bank transfer request form varies depending on the status of your applications for scholarships, Payment Deadline Extension “延納”, Installment Payments “分納”, and changes in student status (leave of absence, etc.). If you have any questions regarding school fees, such as changing the shipping address for the bank transfer request form and the reissuance of the form, please click here.

- The payment date will be the day the payment procedure is completed. Please pay attention to the deadline for payment. Please also note that unlike a bank account transfer (automatic transfer), subsequent payments will not be made through this procedure.

- If you wish to pay by credit card and the payment amount exceeds your credit card limit, please confirm with your credit card company in advance.

- If you wish to pay by Pay-easy (online banking) and do not have an online banking contract, you need to apply for online banking with your financial institution in advance. Also, if there is a transaction limit per day, it is necessary to change the maximum transaction amount in advance. Please check here for a list of available financial institutions.

- If you wish to make the payment at a financial institution, please use the bank transfer request form to complete the procedure at the financial institution (excluding Japan Post Bank). The transfer will be free of charge from anywhere in Japan if it is made through the head office or a branch office of any of the financial institutions indicated on the bank transfer request form.
